1960'S ICON - LENA HORNE.
Born in Brooklyn in 1917, Lena Horne was a Hollywood starlet, singer, actress, and civil rights activist. In the ’50s, she was blacklisted from Hollywood due to her left-leaning political views. In the ’60s, Horne’s style was that of a mature and refined but unfailingly glamorous woman — she wore spectacular gowns and was always impeccably manicured, even while she was making history and never backing down from her beliefs. Feel like a starlet in this flirty and floral headband in purple, pink, and black.
** BLACK LABEL VIOLET LOVE - slightly thicker and more absorbant fabric with a tighter stretch than our Signature line. Great for looking seriously cute during super serious & uber sweaty workouts.
